Mountainfilm on Tour - Two Nights

Mountainfilm on Tour brings a collection of short films that are culturally rich, adventure-packed and incredibly inspiring documentary films curated from the Mountainfilm festival held every Memorial Day weekend in Telluride, Colorado. The tour will soon visit Cascade and McCall for a two-day festival.  The selection of films will explore the themes connected to Mountainfilm’s mission: using the power of film, art and ideas to inspire audiences to create a better world.  A different set of films will be shown at each location.

 

The festival kicks off on Sunday, March 3 at the ROXY with a matinee and raffle.  Doors open at 2:00 pm show begins @ 3:00 pm.  The festival continues the following evening, Monday, March 4 with a prefunction at Broken Horn Brewing from 5:30-6:30 pm.  Alpine Playhouse show begins at 7:00 pm/raffle at intermission.  RAFFLE PRIZES INCLUDE:  Weekend in Boise, Day Trip on the Selway, Lochsa, or Clearwater with a night of glamping, YETI coolers, Tamarack Lift Tickets, Patagonia products and much more!

 

Tickets for Mountainfilm go on sale February 14 and can be purchased at Barn Owl Books, McCall and Watkins Pharmacy, Cascade.  Tickets will also be available the day of the event at the theater box offices.  The cost for the show is $13 adult/$10 student $20/both nights. Telluride Mountainfilm on Tour is hosted by Selway-Bitterroot Frank Church Foundation in partnership with local sponsors.
